Rub down, fill and undercoat fascia boards. Gloss fascia boards. Fill cracks in render and apply two coats of paint.
The white vertical wooden posts holding up the porch roof were rotten. The rotten wood was removed and replaced with high performance wood filler, sanded until smooth, undercoated and top coated.
Wooden garage door was rubbed down and given two coats of varnish.
